I have 2 easy ideas for helping reduce the chance of getting cavities during the holidays.
1. After a sugary treat, rinse your mouth really well with water. Yes, it’s that easy to do.
2. Chew sugar free gum that has Xylitol as an ingredient. Xylitol is in many gum products.
Yes, we here at Dr. Goad’s office also enjoy sweet treats, not only during the holiday but all year long. So, think about these ideas anytime it’s not convienient to brush and floss.
